Good morning, <br> <br> the TC meeting took place yesterday. Please note the following: <br> <b>Annual fee</b> <ul> <li>The annual fee for members was due by 31 January 2026. </li> <li>If you have not yet paid: final deadline 12 February 2026. </li> <li>The payment must be credited to our account by 18:00. </li> <li>Anyone who has not paid by the due date will be suspended. </li> <li>For Kreisliga players (starting 7 February 2026) this means that everyone can play on match day 1. </li> <li>If after 12 February 2026 the annual fee is still outstanding for players who played on match day 1, this will have sporting consequences in the form of a suspension for that player until payment is made. </li> <li>For payments after 12 February 2026 the annual fee is EUR 25.00 (EUR 20.00 plus EUR 5.00 processing fee). </li> </ul> <b>Invoices</b> <ul> <li>The invoices for entry fee, league fee and landlord fee will be sent to the team captains by e-mail this week. </li> <li>The team captains must then forward the invoices promptly to the respective recipients. </li> <li>If invoices are not paid on time, we reserve the right to take consequences. </li> </ul>
