Ranking season 2022 2022-04-12
team captains and landlords,
we would like to bring our VDH ranking back to life.
Play is to run from June to November 2022. Every venue can register for it from now until 20 May 2022. You will find the ranking registration on our website under Documents. Please send it, legibly and fully completed, to ranglisten@vdhev.info . Your sports officer and thus your contact is, as in previous years, Sören Radom.
Every venue may host one ranking tournament per month. You must decide which format you want to play for the whole season: either for the county or for the district. Both is not possible.
The cost per ranking tournament held is EUR 10.00. For every player taking part in a ranking tournament a jackpot contribution of EUR 1.00 is again levied. The entry fee per player is therefore EUR 5.00 for the tournament plus EUR 1.00 for the VDH jackpot.
The invoice for the ranking tournaments held and the amount of the jackpot will then be billed by us as a whole at the end of the season in November. The money collected is paid out again among the participating players at the ranking final tournament.
The venues are responsible for advertising the ranking tournaments themselves. The dates are of course entered in the calendar on our website, and if you want to post them on our page we are happy to release the post on Facebook.
Every venue registering for the ranking season is also responsible for prompt communication and for submitting the results. Please always name a contact person for us who runs the ranking tournament at your venue. So far this has worked smoothly in 99 % of cases.
We would be pleased if many interested and above all motivated venues came forward so that, alongside league play, we can again offer our members a little variety in the form of ranking tournaments.
