After the AGM is before the new season. At the AGM on 20 October 2024, 43 members including the board were present. The minutes will be available on the website shortly. There were four motions in total. Two of them were not admitted; one was declared invalid on the spot – it concerned season planning and would have been too rigid. The other motion could not be dealt with, as there were queries and none of the proposers was present. <br> <h3>2 motions were approved. </h3> <ol> <li>From the 2025 season teams may postpone a match only once per half of the season. Any further postponement must be applied for in advance and approved by the sports officer. The rules will be adjusted accordingly. </li> <li>Ranking. If a ranking tournament cannot take place because fewer than 6 players are present, those present still receive points for that tournament. That means: if only 4 players are present, all 4 players receive points. The tournament is not invoiced and the players do not have to pay anything. </li> </ol> <h3>When does registration for the 2025 season open? </h3> Registration runs from <b>1 November 2024 to 9 December 2024</b> possible. The documents on the website have been updated so that you can use them. Please remember to fill them in legibly. When registering, please take promotion and relegation into account. We always fill up from the bottom. At present we are again planning groups of 8. That has proved its worth over the year. <br> You can hand the documents in at the office by post or send them to us by e-mail. They can also be handed in at Viktor's Dartshop or on 7 December 2024 at the final tournament. <br> <br> Your board
