Year-end tournament

We will hold the prize-giving at around 15:00, before we start with the district.
Important: if you cannot come yourself, someone else can collect your things with a written authorisation.

Where are we going and when does it start?
Entry fee EUR 5.00, board fee EUR 5.00

When does it start?
Kreisklasse and Kreisliga:
09:00 doors open
10:00 registration deadline
start approx. 10:30

Bezirksklasse, Bezirksliga and Bezirksoberliga:
14:00 doors open
15:00 registration deadline
start approx. 15:30

You can register in advance without obligation at abschlussturnier@vdhev.info . Please do not forget your name and division.
When registering in a division, this season’s status counts. Promotion or relegation is not taken into account for the final tournament.
This registration only makes things easier on site. Of course you can still register on site as well.
Incidentally, catering is by RiX Gastro, for which we would like to say thank you already.
Oh yes, and if you urgently need accessories or the like, Viktor's Dartshop is on site too ;-)

Ranking final tournament

On 30.11.2024 it is Game On. Not only do we honour the year’s winners, we also want to end the year with a tournament.
We will first honour the annual winners and then start the tournament.

The tournament is split into Open and County.
The entry fee is 5 euros and the board fee is paid by the players themselves.
Everyone with at least 6 matches at 3 venues has qualified. Qualified county players can decide on site whether to take part in the county or the open tournament. Both is not possible.

The time has come. We have finally received the last information about the Schützenausmarsch.
We meet on 30 June 2024 at 10:15 on the central reservation (grass strip) level with the former Maritim Hotel in front of the town hall.
So, for those joining for the first time: in the middle of Friedrichswall in front of the new town hall.
Everyone who registered has received an e-mail with the details.

• We are in the 3rd column, place 81. The start will be at around 11:00.

For everyone along the route: we would love a loud welcome and perhaps the odd cold drink ;-)
Just kidding. We are hugely looking forward to representing the VDH at the Schützenausmarsch again.

Good morning everyone – or rather, enjoy your lunch. Whichever it is ;-)
We have exactly one thing still open that we have to deal with. Our TC meeting is imminent, and with it the last competition we still have to start.
It is cup time. This year the VDH cup carries a small but important addition.
This year we are playing for the VDH cup sponsored by Viktor's Dartshop. Yes, you heard right: we have secured Viktor as sponsor. We are very happy about that. More on this at the draw. Speaking of the draw.
It can be watched online here on our channel on 5 February 2024. The whole thing will happen at around 19:15.
This year we are an incredible 68 teams in the cup. That means we have to play a kind of small preliminary round. It will work like this: on the one hand we draw 4 pairings that form the small preliminary round; on the other we draw the entire main field with placeholders for the winners of those earlier matches.
It is again the case that in the first round the team with the weaker format has home advantage and may also determine the format, that is, either the division format or, if both agree, a higher one. From the second round the team drawn first has home advantage, but the team with the weaker format determines the format.
In the cup you can generally stop once the 11th point is reached, but you are welcome to play the matches to the end.
We are looking forward to it and will see you at the online draw.
It will again be carried out by our sports officers, by the way.

Good evening everyone,
We are hugely pleased that you are all raring to go, just like us. We are working flat out on drawing up the fixtures. This will be done by Sunday, so the fixtures will be available from Monday. Subject to any technical problems we cannot yet foresee. But as things stand it will work out ;-)

Please also remember the annual membership fees, or remind your team-mates to transfer the EUR 20.00 for the year. There are two reasons for this:
1. No membership, no eligibility to play
2. From 1 February an additional processing fee of EUR 5.00 is added
You will find the account number on the website or on the documents.

The team invoices are currently being drawn up and will reach you in the next few days. You only need to pay once you have those invoices. So all is well.

Please remember that we have two sports officers.

We are currently working flat out on all fronts so that everything is ready for the start of the season. As we have had considerable growth, though, the work has not got any less ;-) But let us put it this way: in terms of membership we start in four figures.

it is championship time. This coming Saturday, 25 November 2023, we play out our championships in all divisions, simultaneously at four venues.

These are as follows:

• Bezirksoberliga:
  at Das Vikings, throw-off 18:30
  DC Veteranos Springe gegen DC Ricklinger Moskitos Hannover
• Bezirksliga:
  no match, as one team withdrew
  Bezirksliga champions: DC Helstorf 1
• Bezirksklasse:
  at Bar&Cocktails Daniel's, throw-off 17:30
  Plan C Hornets gegen Rübenfass Darters 2
  Here too a team withdrew, so only one final will be played
• Kreisliga:
  at the Dart-Tempel, draw for the pairings at 15:00, then throw-off of the semi-finals, followed by the final
  Index Sioux, Die Unbestechlichen und Eine Löcher
  Here too a team withdrew, so there will be a bye. This will be explained to the teams on site
• Kreisklasse:
  at Sportsbar Letter, draw for the pairings at 15:00, then throw-off of the semi-finals, followed by the final
  Rübenfass Darters 1, Drunken Insiders, Old Guard und Vileh Spitzen

The VDH covers the board fee for all participating teams.

The format is always the respective league format, and at the 11th point there is a winner.

As you noticed, teams withdrew. For a variety of reasons which we do not want to go into further here; we think that is a great pity, though, and take it as an opportunity to improve things next year. This is the first championship we have staged in this way, so there is only learning to be done.

Right, enough chatter. The teams are informed, the venues are ready.
