like all other major and sporting events, we would rather play it safe.
From

13 March 2020 to 19 April 2020

all teams may postpone matches in the interest of health until the situation has improved.
Anyone who wants matches to go ahead may play them. If a team would rather wait, it should agree a make-up date with the opposing team promptly (BEFORE the last match day, 13 June 2020 in the district and 20 June 2020 in the county).
Please inform your opponent AND and the sports officer of the postponement by e-mail.
Should the situation last longer, we will inform you promptly.

Registration for the tournament is by e-mail in advance. Payment on site. Registration is binding, as every participant receives a prize.
Six rounds are played. There is no knockout system.

The exhibition is due to start at around 20:00.
The price per ticket is EUR 15.00.

There is only one ticket per member, stating the membership number (max. 2 tickets per e-mail, stating the membership numbers).

Here too the money goes to the Per Mertesacker Foundation and the children’s food bank of the German Red Cross.

Dear members,

as already announced on several platforms, we would like to present to you the 10.04.2020 .

VDH e. V. would like to hold a charity tournament again this year.

As the venue we have the club restaurant of Linden 97 e. V. .

In the morning we have planned a tournament that will last until around 19:00. We do not want to play a classic knockout tournament but a format in which every participant has a chance of a top placing. At least six rounds are played and every participant receives a prize.
Afterwards we will rearrange the rooms and would like to start the exhibition at around 20:00. We have already been able to sign a top-class PDC player. At least one more player is to join.

In the run-up to the charity tournament we will play five qualifiers, where you as members have the chance to win a meet & greet, a set (best of 3) or a leg against the professional. On the day of the tournament we will play out these three prizes once more.
We would like to announce the dates of these qualifying tournaments in advance.
So that all divisions have a chance, we have split the tournaments by playing strength.

Rules

Fee

Taking part in the qualifier costs EUR 5.00 plus the board fee. The money is not paid out as at ranking tournaments but goes into the donation pot.

Format

Play follows the respective league format (KrKl = S.O., KrLi = M.O., etc.), best of 3.

Requirements

Participation in the tournaments is reserved exclusively for VDH members. A tournament with fewer than eight participants unfortunately cannot be counted, and there is no entitlement to any of the prizes stated. VDH e. V. reserves the right to schedule a replacement date or tournament.

Further information

The money we take from the qualifying tournaments and from admission to the exhibition will be donated to two organisations.
One will be the Per Mertesacker Foundation, which enables children from disadvantaged backgrounds to take part in sport, and secondly we would like to donate to the Hanover children’s food bank of the German Red Cross.

We will inform you shortly about the advance ticket sales for the exhibition and the registration procedure for the charity tournament.

We hope we have made you a little curious, that we manage to put on a great event and that this year too we can show that sport unites.

We wish all members continued good darts and hope for many players at the preparatory tournaments and the charity tournament.

VDH e. V. would again like to support a charitable project in Hanover this year. Under the motto

we would like to ask you to note the 11.04.2020 in your diary.
We are still in the planning stage. But we are bursting with ideas and hope to be able to offer you a great event with a number of highlights. We will announce further details on Facebook, the website and via the mailing lists in good time.

Dear members of VDH e.V.,

we have now put 2019 behind us, with a few hurdles and changes in our ranks, and on behalf of the whole board we simply want to say THANK YOU.

We did not do everything right and perfectly in 2019, but for 2020 we have set ourselves a number of goals and thought about how we can improve darts in Hanover further and grow it further too.

Without you as members and without your help this would not be possible, and for that we would like to thank each and every one of you warmly.

We on the board are proud to be part of it all and look forward to continued good cooperation with you.

We wish all players a healthy and successful 2020 and look forward to the things and challenges still to come.
